FG: The States that are ready to re-opening their schools amid Covid-19 pandemic.
As the consequence of the Covid-19 pandemic, the federal government of Nigeria is still mute to declare an exact date for the reopening of schools.
Furthermore, some states have taken a courageous step and so far announced the dates of reopening their schools amidst the pandemic.
Below are the states:
1. Lagos - Sept 14:
The state government says, only final-year students are to resume on this date, before other levels.
2. Kogi - Sept 14
3. Osun - Sept 21
4. Delta - Sept 21
5. Ogun - Sept 21
6. Ondo - Nov 2
Note:
These states would only reopen the states' owned institutions and private institutions, while the federal owned institutions await directives of Federal Ministry of Education.
If you are a student of a federal institution hustling for your school fees and well being, then this News will be a favour in disguise for you, isn't it? but for the last borns, hmmm, don't let me talk! But all in all, dust your books and get yourself prepared as the schools are reopening gradually. have a nice weekend!
Thanks!
