See Why Hushpuppi Is The Most Unintelligent Scammer (Opinion)

I think almost everyone in Nigeria, especially Instagram user knows Raymond Igbalodely aka Hushpuppi because he loved flaunting his flashy lifestyle that involves private jets, expensive cars, jewelries and pictures in luxurious hotels, clubs and costly drinks.

But he became more popular when he was arrested alongside his friend Woodberry, by Interpol in Dubai, UAE 🇦🇪 for fraud related activities.

Hushpuppi through the span of few years, swindled around 1,926,400 individuals and took over 1.6 billion dirhams/435,605,280.00 dollars. He and his group of fraudsters were known for creating counterfeit pages for existing sites so as to divert casualties' payment to their own accounts .

So how is he the most unintelligent fraudster?

However, Hushpuppi in the wake of storing up the entirety of his riches, moved to Dubai where he lived as a "realtor" and an "effective businessperson". He at that point proceeded to make an Instagram account where he routinely posted pictures of himself with showy vehicles, wads of cash, going in personal jets, feasting in costly places and so forth.

The Dubai Police soon became suspicious of his colossal riches “tracking his every move and taking note of all his social media activities.”

Eventually, the following items were allegedly found in his location and upon his arrest:👇

21 laptops, 13 expensive cars, 47 smartphones, 15 Flash Drives, 5 Hard Drives and 119, 580 Files.

He is one of the stupidest (although most brilliant) scammers in light of the fact that he unintentionally made his own destruction. In the event that I had defrauded individuals and gained a lot of cash for the time being, I would like to remain calm and not parade my "riches" particularly knowing how obscure the source is. That is the reason I believe he's one of the most dumbest, albeit sharpest lawbreakers.

Today, according to reports Hushpuppi and his friend Olalekan Jacon Ponle a.k.a Mr Woodberry has been handed over to the United States, Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI).

No matter how you sugarcoat it. Scamming is stealing by trick. And stealing by trick is a crime. Therefore say no to crime.
