There is no doubt that Nigeria the giant of Africa has one of the most expensive houses in Africa as a whole. With a population of over 205 thousand people, Nigeria is said to have the biggest economy in Africa due to the presence of rich Politicians, successful Musicians, Actors and Actresses, to mention a few.

For most of us, it’s not the size or price that matters, as much as comfort and security is available, we are good to go.

1)     Folorunsho Alakija’s House

The astonishing mansion of Mrs. Folorunsho Alakija is said to be priced at $700 million, It is ranked as the most expensive residential home in Africa, the classy mansion is located in Ikoyi, Lagos and was constructed by Julius Berger.

2)     Otunba Mike Adenuga’s House

Chief Mike Adenuga‘s mansion is the second most expensive known house in Nigeria. This high-class mansion is worth over 8 billion naira. Mike Adenuga has his space on the Forbes list of billionaires as the second richest in Nigeria after Aliko Dangote.

3)     Aliko Dangote’s House

I guess you know the richest man in Africa with his mansion located in Abuja worth N5 billion, he has lived in this house for up to 13 years. This is where he and his children (unmarried) live, this house has hosted some of the most influential and successful men in the world such as world’s second richest man, Bill Gates and former Nigerian president, Goodluck Jonathan.

4)     Senator Dino Melaye’s House

This house was newly acquired not quite long after his loss at the past house of assembly election, this house is reportedly priced at over 1.5 billion naira. This doesn’t come as a surprise knowing that senator Dino Melaye is obsessed with luxury.

5)     Senator Bola Ahmed Tinubu 's House

Popularly called Jagaban, is the Former governor of Lagos State and leader of All Progressive Congress (APC), Tinubu is arguably the landlord of Lagos. This beautiful mansion located at number 26 Bourdillon Road, Ikoyi is priced at N1 billion. Jagaban owns numerous houses in Lagos state but this specific house is his personal palace.

6) Linda Ikeji's House

Linda Ikeji is the richest, most successful and most popular blogger in Nigeria, She purchased the house for ₦600 million in 2016. Today, the mansion is estimated to be worth about ₦2 billion. It is located at banana island.

7) Prince Okwudili Umenyira's House

Okwudili is the younger brother to Osi Umenyira the Nigerian NFL star in the united states, he is also a prince from Ogbunike, Anambra state.

This astonishing building is also very expensive, have you have noticed the Armani logo on one of the walls. It is reported to cost 10 million U.S. dollars.
